Ordering Policy
Order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
To order by phone, call toll-free 1-800-354-2233 Monday thru Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. MST.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. If you wish to place a check order, select check or money order in the choose payment option when you are ready to check out. All check orders are held until payment is received.
Shipping Options
We ship items from our Tempe Arizona warehouse via United States Postal Service ("USPS") first class or priority mail, or via UPS ground. Shipping is free for orders over $49.00 within the continental United States; $3.95 for other orders within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all APO and FPO addresses are $4.95 per shipment. Shipping times are one to five or more days, depending upon distance. All shipments to Canada are charged $8.95 shipping. We provide USPS delivery receipt confirmation numbers and UPS tracking numbers to our customers. If you require expedited delivery, please call our office so that we can determine additional charges based upon weight of the order and shipping location.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to the States of Arizona and New York will be charged sales tax according to state law.
Checking Your Order Status
If your order was shipped via the U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") it is impossible to track. We will request USPS delivery information if your order was not received within the normal 1-5 day USPS delivery timeframe. Please contact us at 1-800-354-2233 (M-F 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. MST) or e-mail us at mail@cartridgetech.com. If your order was shipped via UPS, you can track your package using the UPS web site.
Your UPS tracking number or USPS delivery receipt number is on the confirmation sent to you after your order is shipped. If you have lost the UPS tracking number, or did not receive one, please contact us at 1-800-354-2233 (M-F 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. MST) or e-mail us at mail@cartridgetech.com.
